February Dinner Menu:
1st - Mexican and Cake
8th - Fettuccini Alfredo w/grilled chicken strips, mixed veggies, garlic bread, brownies
15th - Pork loin w/rice & chipotle sauce, corn on cob, rolls, lemon bars
22nd - 3 Way Chili (Chili Mac), salad, cookies
29th - Chicken & rice casserole w/crunchy topping, peas, biscuits, chocolate chip bars
For those wanting to eat healthier, a salad bar will be available starting in February
